How can I modify, cancel or return my order?

Returns: The customer must return or deliver the product directly to GROW SHOP CANARIAS SL, to the address C/ Jose Viera y Clavijo, 3, CP 35500 Arrecife - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, the customer will be entitled to return the product, informing GROW SHOP CANARIA the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
